03-26-12 – Atlanta, GA>Nashville, TN – Me and a friend are starting a band. We are mid to late twenties. He is a bassist trained in jazz, and I’m a pianist trained in classical music who can also play jazz. We are currently writing funk/hip-hop original music that you can be a part of in the creative process. We need a dj and a rapper with an awesome voice/style and great writing skills (think Jay-Z when he plays with a band, or The Roots). Also any other instrument that would like to create and have fun writing original music and performing (trumpet, sax, violin etc). Ages mid to late twenties preferred. Must know your instrument well enough. We usually meet Saturdays.
